Introducing Bio3GuardianTM.  An Australian innovation and first for the health care antibacterial market.  Developed in conjunction with the CSIRO, Identity Creative was brought on board as the team that could help with; brand name & tagline development, focus group testing, designing the brand and its packaging, developing a new website, organising PR & media to help build awareness and add trust to the brand eg. Partnership with Eczema Association of Australia, as well as connect with other business opportunities for the board.

We are very proud of the result and feel that the identity of the new Bio3Guardian, now has an identity that will carry through the health care system - as well as possibly into consumer markets if the product is brought into a consumer space.

SUMMARY

The established LinkSafe approached us for a full website audit and makeover. We refined their key messages and unique offering and this led to the development of their tagline, 'The LinkSafe Difference'. With a new positioning, we incorporated key messages into interactive visual sliders on their homepage for an engaging first impression. This came with a complete overhaul of their website design, which allowed for a seamless user experience on both the desktop and mobile browser. The website was also search engine optimised including all copy content. This included carefully crafting professional copy that utilised relevant keywords, particularly in their FAQs page. Calls-to-action were placed front and centre and the visibility of their social media links. We also collaborated with satisfied LinkSafe clients to produce testimonials which are published on their new website to build credibility for the brand.

Accompanying the website was the development of a clean Client Portal interface for their current customer base, and providing Linksafe branded guides and templates for coherent content in their e-commerce and social media presences.
We also designed graphics for each product modules to minimise visual clutter and reinforce the main brand.

LinkSafe's website has come a long way and all of us here at Identity Creative are very proud of LinkSafe's progress since then. Check it out here: http://linksafe.com.au
